Connecting to Xbox Live

Connect your Xbox 360 to your broadband Internet connection using the supplied network cable or optional wireless adapter
On the Dashboard, select Join Xbox LIVE
Follow the on-screen instructions to create your Xbox LIVE account
When prompted, select your desired membership type from the list of options
Xbox LIVE Gold memberships are paid memberships that require you to supply valid credit card information. A Gold membership is required to purchase Microsoft Points. Microsoft Points allow you to purchase more albums and songs for The Beatles: Rock Band.

Purchasing Microsoft Points

Microsoft Points are the coin of the Xbox LIVE Marketplace realm. Purchasing Points is like putting money into a special account that you can use on Xbox LIVE Marketplace. You can purchase points online on Xbox.com or through Xbox LIVE.

Option 1: Purchasing Microsoft Points at Xbox.com
Visit http://marketplace.xbox.com/MyAccount/MyAccount.aspx and sign in with your Windows Live ID
Select Manage Payment Options
Select Add a new Credit Card, or select Edit next to an existing credit card that you wish to update
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process. The points purchased will automatically show up in your Xbox LIVE account the next time you sign into Xbox LIVE with your Xbox 360 console
Option 2: Purchasing Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE
Select the album or song you want to purchase and select Confirm Download
If you do not have enough points in your account a screen will appear requiring you to purchase additional points. Select Add Microsoft Points
Select the amount of points you would like to purchase
If you would like to use the existing credit card associated with your profile select Confirm Download
If you would like to use a new credit card select Change Payment Option
The Microsoft Points will automatically be added to your Xbox LIVE account
Now you are all set to download new albums and songs for The Beatles: Rock Band from either the In-Game Music Store or Xbox LIVE Marketplace!

Option 1: In-Game Music Store
Before entering the In-Game Music Store please ensure that your Xbox 360 is connected to the internet, you have setup an Xbox LIVE account and purchased enough Microsoft Points to purchase additional albums and songs.

Insert The Beatles: Rock Band into your Xbox 360 and power on your console
On the Main Menu screen, select Music Store
Select the albums and/or songs you would like to play and select Purchase
On the next screen that pops up, select Confirm Download
Option 2: Xbox LIVE Marketplace with Xbox 360
Xbox LIVE Marketplace is your one-stop shop on Xbox LIVE for downloadable content, including more playable songs from The Beatles: Rock Band.

Sign in to Xbox LIVE
Go to Game Marketplace
Select All Games and navigate to The Beatles: Rock Band page
Select All Downloads and choose the Album(s) and/or Song(s) you would like to purchase
Select Confirm Download to add it to your active downloads
The item is downloaded to your console as soon as the console is online
That’s it! Your newly purchased albums/songs will appear automatically as playable songs in The Beatles: Rock Band once the download has completed.
